What are the responsibilities and job description for the Catering Wait Staff position at Kent School Corporation?
Schedule: Per Diem/on call.
Classification: Staff, Per Diem, non-benefit eligible
Pay range: $25 per hour
Responsibilities: includes but are not limited to:
• Maintain a professional appearance and mannerism.
• Assist with set-up and breakdown of tables, linens, chairs, etc, for full service of catering/special events.
• Polish flatware and glassware to remove all visible water spots and ensure cleanliness.
• Provide excellent food and beverage service for catering/special events.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Maintain sense of urgency when on the service floor.
• Maintain positive and professional attitude.
• Seek council from management when needed.
• Complete other assigned duties when necessary.
• Maintain clear and open communication between all staff members for overall event success.
• Follow Health and Safety practices at all times.
