Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and purchasing the right products
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
-Receive new incoming product and merchandise it
-Manage Associates and make sure they are working efficiently
-Fulfill In-Store pickup orders
Experience:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Proficient in phone etiquette and able to handle customer inquiries over the phone
- Multilingual skills, particularly English and Spanish, are a plus
- Basic math skills for handling financial transactions accurately
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and goals
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
