Skills/Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• BILINGUAL SKILLS - ENGLISH AND SPANISH PREFERRED
• Agent must be willing to work nights and weekends as well as holidays to meet the needs of the business
• Knowledge of local transit and California locale is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of the MS Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• General Internet and basic Data Entry (non 10 key) knowledge
• A typing speed of no less than 25 words per minute is desired.
• A willingness and ability to work the night or pm shifts as needed to meet the needs of the business.
• Experience in a call center or dispatch environment highly desirable.
