Work Experience Requirements:
- TWO (2) YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN MILLING SET UP AND MACHINING.
- EXPERIENCE IN OPERATING BRIDGEPORTS, JIG BORES, DRILL PRESS, ETC.
- ABLE TO READ AND UNDERSTAND BLUEPRINTS. TRAINING AVAILABLE.
- AFTER TRAINING, ABLE TO MAKE OWN SETUPS.
- ABLE TO WORK WITH CLOSE TOLERANCES.
- Able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
· Keeps work area clean and organized to ensure safety and environmental compliance.
Education Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent Training.
Job Description and Duties:
· SET UP AND RUN PRODUCTION JOBS.
· INSPECT AND VERIFY FIRST PIECE OF THE PRODUCTION RUNS.
· ASSIST ENGINEERING IN DEVELOPING NEW JOBS.
· OBSERVE MACHINE OPERATIONS TO DETECT MALFUNCTIONS OR OUT OF TOLERANCE MACHINING.
· PERFORM SECONDARY OPERATIONS AS REQUIRED.
