Kershner Trading Group, LLC ("KTG") is a proprietary trading company based in Austin, Texas, with offices in midtown Manhattan, NY and Chicago, IL. KTG is the creator of CloudQuant. This product is unique in that it allows quantitative traders to develop trading strategies from anywhere in the world and trade with us. We currently have openings in our Austin, Texas headquarters for Software Engineers to help expand the company’s quantitative trading systems.

We are seeking exceptional individuals to join KTG as Software Engineers in either a fulltime or part-time role. You will collaborate with other developers and Senior Software Engineers focused on building and extending our trading platforms.
Preferred skills:
- Languages: any of the following languages are a plus: Python, C , or C#
- Minimum of Senior Level student majoring in Computer Science (will consider part-time employment for current Senior level students) and recent graduates
- Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration skills
- Resourceful, independent, self-disciplined, and has positive attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
- Strong and rapid troubleshooting, decision making, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in an agile, fast paced and innovative environment
- Thriving in an environment where everybody is a student throughout their career
- Must be based in Austin, TX
