Job Description: As a Field Service Technician at KES, you will:
- Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs of CNC machines.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new CNC machines.
- Maintain detailed records of service visits and provide regular updates.
- Interact professionally with customers, building strong relationships.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and service efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in CNC machine servicing.
- Strong technical knowledge of CNC machine operations.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with EOS® principles preferred.
- Due to DOD contracts, candidates will be required to have a clean background check and drug screen prior to employment.
Travel: This position requires frequent travel, including overnight stays. Travel expenses will be reimbursed, and a company car will be provided.
