CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST

Job Purpose:The purpose of the CSS is to make sure all transactions and daily tasks are completed accurately and efficiently in addition to making the store run smoothly. Most importantly, CSS help the team serve the client better than anyone.Essential Duties & Responsibilities: •    Answer calls and direct them to the appropriate person•    Communicate with teammates via email•    Handle transactions using POS ensuring proper payment and maintaining inventory•    Transfer product as requested•    Receive and sort daily shipment accurately and communicate the contents to teammates.•    Participate in physical inventories.•    Quality check all jobs from the shop to ensure all repairs have been completed accurately and to Kessler standards •    Work with teammates to solve problems and to eliminate communication errors•    Greet clients and ensure they are helped in order of arrival•    Write up, bill, and finalize repairs•    Maintain daily books and deposits•    Clean and maintain store appearance inside and out•    Perform other duties as assignedQualifications (What we look for):•    High School Diploma or equivalent•    1-2 years prior experience in an office or customer support role.•    Excellent interpersonal skills•    Strong computer skills•    Ability to multi-task•    Strong communication skills•    Exceptional attention to detail •    Strong organizational skills•    Comfortable working independently and with a team•    Someone who wants to have fun everyday!Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
