Essential Responsibilities
- Must be educated and trained to read prints and interpret engineering instructions required to produce parts consistently to close tolerances.
- Analyze and debug new methods.
- Perform calculations and use inspection equipment to verify that all quality requirements are met.
- Understand and follow the safety rules including keeping a neat and clean work area.
- Diligently perform all duties in a highly productive manner.
- Check and maintain oil and coolant levels on a daily basis.
Haverhill is a world-class manufacturer of precision machined aerospace components. We have an exciting opportunity for 2nd Shift Engine Lathe. The primary responsibility of a 2nd Shift Engine Lathe is to Set-up and operate Engine Lathe equipment in a skillful and efficient manner.
Le candidat
- High School Diploma or Vocational School with hands on training at school or in a machine shop.
- It is desirable to have some training in SPC, teambuilding and problem sharing and be well versed in the company quality policies and procedures.
- Team Player and good attitude

- Use and Understanding of Steady Rest – Wall variation gage
- Proficient with 4 Jaw/Buck Chucks
- Ability to perform within tight tolerances of /- .001
