Ketchum Kitchens seeks an experienced Gourmet Food Manager to oversee our specialty food department. This full-time role (30-40 hrs/week) requires strong food and wine knowledge, operational accountability, and experience with ordering, inventory and profitability.

Ideal candidate has a background and experience in high-end restaurants, specialty food, or wine, and sourcing.
