The Facilities Manager is part of the restaurant management team and works within the team to ensure the restaurant and equipment is working as expected.

Job Responsibilities :
Cleaning and sanitizing equipment
Completing preventative maintenance tasks
Calibrating equipment
Replacing filters and gaskets
Cleaning HVAC / Exhaust units
Cleaning and maintaining condensers
Replacing belts
Inspecting bulk CO2 and Coke tanks
Managing operations and cleaning supplies
Building upkeep
