Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst Clinical Director – Applied Behavior Analysis
Job Summary:
The Clinical Director at Key Essentials to Behavior Management is responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of the Applied Behavior Analysis services provided to children and adults with disabilities. They will ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services across various settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and via Telehealth. The Clinical Director will actively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including Behavior Technicians, therapists, and educators, to promote optimal outcomes for clients. The Clinical Director will be responsible for working on site, rotating to all clinic locations. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and supervision to a team of Behavior Analysts, Behavior Technicians, and support staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective behavioral intervention strategies, individualized treatment plans, and behavior support plans for clients.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and collect data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans and ensure consistency in client care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry standards in Applied Behavior Analysis and integrate them into clinical practice.
- Monitor clinical documentation, case notes, and programming data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to ethical standards.
- Provide ongoing training, support, and professional development to the clinical team to maintain high levels of competence and performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for all clinical staff, providing constructive feedback and mentoring to facilitate growth and improvement.
- Monitor financial and operational aspects of the clinical program, including budgeting, resource allocation, and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as funding agencies, school districts, and regulatory bodies, to promote the organization's services and develop partnerships.
- Actively participate in professional conferences, workshops, and seminars to enhance knowledge and represent the organization in the behavioral health community.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in providing Applied Behavior Analysis services as a BCBA, preferably with diverse populations and across various settings.
- Strong leadership abilities with previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles, behavior change procedures, and ethical guidelines.
- Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments, developing treatment plans, and analyzing data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Previous experience with Telehealth platforms and technologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with relevant state and federal regulations regarding behavioral health and disability services.

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
