Salary: $63,560 - $65,560 (MSW, LCSW) or $66,560 - $71,560 (LICSW, LMHC)

- In ADDITION to the salary, this full-time position qualifies for a $5,000 Hiring Bonus ($2500 at the completion of 3 months orientation and $2500 at the completion of 6 months)
What you will do…
- Provide home-based clinical and case management services to families referred by the Department of Children, Youth and Families.
- Determine treatment strategies and provide intervention services.
- Work with state agency social workers, as well as other members of the client’s treatment team to coordinate services.
- Provide staff training, orients staff and provides clinical consultation.
- Prepare well written clinical case records, assessments, and documentation according to guidelines and time frames.
- Participate in the Regional Clinical Team to develop best practices and advance agency’s clinical initiatives.
