Key Recovery and Life Skills Center is excited to announce the introduction of our new trauma-informed, evidence-based long-term residential treatment facility in King County. We are hiring for a full-time dual credentialed Clinical Director responsible for overseeing our behavioral health and substance use disorder clinical team at Key Recovery and Life Skills Center's long-term residential program in South King County.
This position is responsible for the coordination of the mental health, SUD, and Case Manager programs while maintaining high quality, trauma-informed, evidence-based whole-person patient care in full compliance with all DOH, King County, WAC policies and procedures, the Joint Commission accreditation body, and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) guidelines. This position understands and is sensitive to multi-cultural and BIPOC populations relative to mental health and SUD treatment.
The Clinical Director reports directly to our Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for overseeing and demanding the highest quality of care for all behavioral health patients, including but not limited to medication management, curriculum review, SUD treatment, mental health therapy, peer support services, and case management services. The Clinical Director is responsible for administrative matters, such as vacation schedules, staff evaluations / performance, and productivity, while also ensuring clinical supervision and ongoing training is provided to all clinical staff. The Clinical Director, working with the COO, conducts investigations and implements progressive disciplinary action as appropriate.
Qualifications :
This individual must have a Master's degree in social service or behavioral health-related fields, be fully licensed as a current SUDP, and have a minimum of 3 years of management & supervisory experience. The candidate must also be WA State approved for both SUPD / Mental Health.
