Job Title : Process Technician

Location : Corona, CA

Pay Range : $30 per hour

Shift : 3 rd Shift

Job Duties :

• 5 years minimum experience as Mold Process Technician Setting up, Starting Up.
• Process Injection Mold machines : Van Dorn , Toyo, Fortune, Sumitomo, Mitsubishi, core pulls 2 Yushin Robots and sprue pickers.
• Must know most common plastic resins.
• Start up and shut down injection-molding machines as per procedure.
• Responsible for running the machine at proper cycles and producing parts acceptable to the Q.C. Making sure that the work environment is safe, and the operators are properly trained to run the machines.
• Set-up molds in the absence of a set-up person.
