Relationship Manager Job Description
The Relationship Manager is a critical role at Key Private Bank, responsible for serving high net worth clients and developing strategies to meet their financial goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary client advisor, recommending banking, borrowing, and investment solutions tailored to individual client needs.
- Lead and coordinate the extended advisory team, including trust, investment, and planning strategists, based on the complexity of each relationship.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs by reviewing and analyzing personal and business financial data.
- Capture client goals in a financial plan and present personalized solutions through consultative reviews and regular contact.
- Meet or exceed assigned individual sales goals by expanding existing client relationships, closing referrals, and capturing new business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience (required).
- 7 years of demonstrated sales and business development experience with proven results (required).
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) certifications preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
This position is eligible for a base salary ranging from $112,000.00 to $210,000.00 annually, depending on location and job-related factors.
