The Position
Keycentrix is a provider of software and IT services to the pharmacy and healthcare industry. The primary duty of the Software Implementation Specialist is to analyze customer operations and determine the functional needs required for implementation of our software products. The Specialist will also create and deliver specialized programs for onboarding and training customers on Keycentrix products. This individual must communicate a welcoming, polite, cheerful and understanding tone; in addition, he/she must remain professional, patient and diplomatic while working to architect customers’ technology footprint with Keycentrix products.
The Software Implementation Specialist must have great communications skills and should feel comfortable working in a team atmosphere. This individual must be multi-task oriented, display a positive disposition, not get easily discouraged, demonstrate an attitude of learning, and seek to understand and grow. This individual must have a track record of dependability, consistency, and follow-through. The audience will include people with a wide range of computer skills and educational levels. The audience may also vary in size from just a few people in a private setting to an entire roomful of people in a professional seminar. Software Implementation Specialists must be able to structure their consultations to fit the circumstances by using systems analysis techniques and procedures. The successful candidate must have education or background related to the technical complexities of software development and user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Consult with users to determine the functional specification required for implementation of our software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve architectural issues reported by customer during workflow engineering or escalated from a customer support representative.
- Maintain ongoing relationship with each customer in assigned portfolio.
- Drive customer loyalty through actionable advice and articulate product knowledge.
- Maintain expert knowledge of all Keycentrix products including hardware, software, etc.
- Track all customer interactions completely and accurately.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer care operational efficiencies.
- Ensure clear, prompt, and efficient communication.
- Provide ongoing consultation on technical operations.
- Ensure all products are delivered in a timely manner in accordance with solution architecture and ensure customers receive effective training that reduces their needs to burden customer care with training issues. Duties may require up to 50% travel.
- Continually identify and improve the training methodologies for Keycentrix
- Successfully migrate customers from Sales to Customer Care.
- Program and script customer query and reports
- Program custom labels, invoices, and packing slips
Qualifications
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Microsoft Visio
- Proficient with computers and technology
- Strong verbal/communication skills
Preferred Technical Qualifications
- Certified Microsoft Technology Associate: IT Infrastructure
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with XML
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
Education or Certifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician or 3 years Pharmacy Technician experience preferred. Experience in other healthcare-related occupations will be considered.

- High level of alertness, concentration, accuracy, and time-management
- Able to maintain a stationary position for prolonged periods
