Key Responsibilities:
- Provide property tours for prospective residents, highlighting the features and benefits of our apartment homes.
- Effectively communicate leasing terms, rental rates, and promotional offers to secure lease agreements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, provide accurate information, and address concerns to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease files, ensuring compliance with lease terms.
- Assist with the completion of lease agreements, applications, and other necessary paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of leasing activities and resident interactions.
- Collaborate with the team members to develop and implement leasing strategies.
- Participate in community events and outreach efforts to attract prospective residents.
- Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Make recommendations for rental rate adjustments based on market conditions.
- Conduct inspections on units throughout the property for various reasons.
- Distribute notices, when needed, throughout the complex or properties.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with property management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
