What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Office Administrator position at KeyServ Company LLC?

Due to continued growth in the Birmingham, AL area, we are seeking to add a Bookkeeper to the Quality Creative Landscaping team in our Birmingham, AL branch to suuport growth in the region.:

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Branch administration and organization
  • Branch invoicing and cash conversion
  • Provide QuickBrooks and clerical support
  • Assist with job costing and reconciliations
  • Assist with audit requests
  • Process bank deposits, retrieval and post daily payments
  • Process weekly payroll and commissions
  • CRM administrations i.e. Service Autopilot)
  • Create and review estimates for accuracy
  • Schedule/reschedule jobs
  • Customer development and satisfaction
  • Prompt attention to customer questions, complaints and concerns for resolution
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
