This is a part-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Cumming, GA, starting January 2025. As an Administrative Assistant at Keystone Accounting Inc, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including, but not limited to, managing schedules, organizing files, preparing documents, and assisting with office operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn new software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong Detail oriented Data Entry skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in handling confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
