You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily workflows, enhancing team productivity, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse associates to meet safety, productivity, and quality standards
- Promote a safety-first culture through proper training, oversight, and daily operational checks
- Manage team schedules, assign work, and monitor performance to achieve daily KPIs
- Oversee the processing of warranty claims and customer returns, collaborating with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure inventory accuracy
- Conduct interviews, onboarding, and performance coaching for new and existing team members
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization through 5S methodology and best practices
- Foster open communication and alignment across departments to meet operational goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse SOPs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that drive cost-efficiency, speed, and service
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field OR 5 years of combined warehouse and supervisory experience
- Flexible availability, including multiple shifts and occasional weekends
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse warehouse teams
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and operate in non-climate-controlled conditions
- Comfortable with standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working at heights up to 30 feet
