Position Overview: The CN Manager oversees the operation of the Crop Nutrient Service Center plant which includes inventory maintenance, crop nutrient products distribution, and plant maintenance.

- Support Keystone Cooperative’s stated Vision, Mission, and Business Values.
- Provide outstanding and courteous customer service.
- Project a positive attitude to customers and employees at all times.
- Continuously follows the safety guidelines and safety programs established by Keystone Cooperative.
- Responsible for the Crop Nutrient Service Center product distribution orders preparation, and for overseeing loading of applicators and tender trucks.
- Upkeep and maintenance of all production and inventory records.
- Must be a highly organized multi-tasker that demonstrates the ability to prioritize and has great attention to detail.
- Keep plant and warehouse in clean and attractive appearance, responsible for repairs.
- Perform all responsibilities independently, safely and in compliance with environmental stewardship regulations.
- Ability to communicate with other employees and customers efficiently and effectively.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Satisfactory performance of each essential duty.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or a minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
