Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Keystone Health is excited to welcome a full-time LPN to our dynamic team at our Family Medicine Practice! As a growing Community Health Center, we are dedicated to enhancing the wellness of our community.Position Details :

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• No weekends or holidaysResponsibilities :
• Handle phone calls and requests for medical records for new patients
• Track referrals, lab results, and diagnoses
• Authorize medications as needed
• Provide support to other nurses as required
• Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environmentQualifications :
• Current PA LPN license
• Current CPR / BLS certification
• Previous office nursing experience and knowledge of electronic medical records preferred
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not requiredWhy Join Us?
