Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community. The Clinical Supervisor is an administrative and clinically oriented position responsible for developing and monitoring Individualized Service Plans for adults living at the Long Term Structured Residence (LTSR) program. This position provides behavioral support services, supervises a team of direct care employees and works collaboratively with people at various levels of the organization and community to support individuals in accordance with Keystone’s mission, vision and values. The Job: Supervises and supports a team of Direct Support Professionals Evaluates individuals’ mental, behavioral and emotional health Conducts preliminary interviews and documents from initial consultation to the end of treatment Develops appropriate intervention and treatment plans for individuals Facilitates individual and group therapy sessions Monitors progress throughout the treatment plan Collaborates on intervention plans with other mental health specialists, doctors, nurses, and social workers Follows up with psychiatrists and attending physicians for individuals admitted to the hospital Identifies and works to prevent behaviors that impede recovery Assists family members and primary caregivers in managing mental behavioral challenges The Perks: Salary starts at $57,000 and may increase based on relevant work experience Flexible schedule Knowing you make a difference everyday Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K and more Generous paid time off program Extensive training and learning opportunities Career development and advancement Tuition reimbursement Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in a clinical discipline Registered, licensed, or certified to practice f the specific degree is governed by a licensing board in Pennsylvania One year of mental health clinical experience working directly with individuals with mental illness Experience conducting assessments and developing support plans Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to learn other software as needed Valid driver’s license Daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle depending on work location Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks Preferred Qualifications: Supervisory experience Proven work experience as a Mental Health Counselor or similar role In-depth knowledge of the effects of medications Exceptional interpersonal skills and empathetic nature Relevant training and/or certifications as a Mental Health Clinician Keystone Human Services is committed to an inclusive workplace that does not discriminate against race, nationality, religion, age, marital status, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or any other protected characteristic under federal, state or local law.
