Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.
The Work:
- Direct support position that provides quality supports to adults with mental illness in a community-based setting.
- Provides personal care and mentors individuals following their treatment and support plans.
- Assists with cooking, cleaning and other household responsibilities.
- Plans meaningful recreational activities and takes individuals into the community and to appointments as needed.
- Completes daily documentation and meets productivity standards as required.

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to learn and apply proficient computer skills, including the use of software and other web based systems
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to read, interpret and apply policies and regulations
- Valid driver's license and have daily access to a properly insured vehicle
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
