AI Center Operational Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an AI Center Operations Analyst in Lincoln, RI. Responsibilities:

• Manage intake for AI initiatives, ensuring clear current state and business cases
• Maintain a centralized catalog and roadmap of all AI projects
• Review and manage templates for project documentation and KPIs
• Conduct regular check-ins with teams to track progress
• Recommend process improvements and support AI project management tools
  
  

AI Risk Management

• Coordinate risk reviews for third-party AI tools
• Partner with legal, compliance, and risk teams to document and mitigate risks
• Track mitigation actions and ensure timely resolution
  
  

Reporting And Insights

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize project status and risk indicators
• Support reporting to leadership, governance committees, and auditors
  
  

Governance Committee Support

• Help shape agendas for AI Governance Committee meetings based on project updates and risk status
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 8 years in business analysis or process improvement, ideally in data or AI environments
• Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, insurance)
• Strong interest in AI, with understanding of Gen AI and machine learning
• Process-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Power BI, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Copilot, O365, and Lucid
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Certifications in business analysis or process improvement
• Knowledge of AI governance framework
• Exposure to model risk management or data governance
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
