Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Wilmington, DE.

Key Tasks:
* Drive thorough analysis of the comparison insights that would help the User understand the gaps between the Score tables
* Validate Scores at different stages of Model lifecycle (UAT and Prod Parallel)

REQUIREMENTS:
* Expert in modeling process flows, data relationship flows and event sequencing; Able to understand the logic of code and to construct complex data queries
* Advanced business and data analysis, business process and application knowledge
* Posses technical knowledge on Python, Spark, AWS (hands on experience) Statistics, Data engineer, Integration testing, Database Knowledge, Data Analysis
* Understanding of Model and its Lifecycle
* Expectation for model validation

The following are covered in our Model validation report:
* Count of attributes and the differences if any
* Count of records and the difference if any
* Datatype match or mismatch
* Column level difference, min value, max value, abs difference
* Continuous Collaboration with Modeling, Model Engineering (CMDS) & DIAS Team
* ADHOC Investigations and analysis of Data Anomaly
* Working as a liaison between the Tech and PO, to ensure that validation for different platform exits are in-depth and thorough (i.e., in accordance with MRGR requirements)
* Artifacts (i.e., Model validation reports, JIRAs and sign-off communications are maintained)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
