RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Cincinnati, OH that is seeking an Organizational Change Manager for a remote, 6 month contract role. The Organizational Change Manager will prescreen video questions and games, and be responsible for Cloud Migration.
Summary:
The Organizational Change Manager will design, develop and deliver needed training and comms to equip and upskill engineers. They will be working with outside vendors to offer some -standard- or -packaged- training that already exists in the realm of Cloud Migration/Cloud upskilling. They will also design, develop and deliver technical training.
Responsibilities:
* Complete discovery and develop a training framework and approach that supports the degree of change for the organization
* Manage and support teams in integrating change management and training activities into their project plans
* Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and leaders as they help their direct reports through transitions
* Implement the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Framework to manage the people side of change caused by change and transition
* Conduct readiness assessments evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
REQUIREMENTS:
* Certification(s) a plus: PROSCI, Change Guide or LaMarsh
* OCM skills
* Proven technical training experience (including audience analysis through execution of training plan)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization
* Strong technical skill/competency gap analysis and learning solutions mapping in collaboration with third party vendors (MS, Web Age. Google etc.)
* Experience with large scale technical training and upskilling rollouts/journeys a plus
* Strong project management skills
* Effectively work autonomously and deliver on time, with quality
* Proven problem solving and organizational skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
