RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a hybrid Product Manager to join their team in Atlanta, GA. We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Senior Product Manager to lead initiatives that drive data integration, product innovation, and cross-functional alignment. This role requires a strong understanding of data systems, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Product Manager will own the product lifecycle from ideation through execution for data-driven initiatives
* Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize product features
* Write clear, concise, and actionable user stories that reflect business needs and technical feasibility
* Analyze and interpret data using SQL to inform product decisions and validate outcomes
* Lead discussions on data transformation, integration strategies, and system interoperability
* As a Product Manager, you will evaluate and guide decisions between SFTP transfers, APIs, and other data exchange mechanisms
* Serve as the voice of the customer and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and value delivery
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 years of product management experience, preferably in data-centric or enterprise environments
* Demonstrated experience writing user stories and managing Agile backlogs
* Familiarity with technical ecosystems including APIs, SFTP, and cloud-based data platforms
* Proficiency in SQL and a strong understanding of data structures, pipelines, and transformation logic
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
