Responsibilities:
- As a customer service representative, you are expected to exhibit a welcoming and positive customer experience at the bakery counter and with customers over the phone. Advise customers on baked goods selection, take and serve orders, and follow health and safety procedures. Other responsibilities include restocking shelves, weighing, pricing, and packaging purchased items, as well as processing payments.
- Must be able to start immediately.
- Part time flexible schedules are available for morning and evening shifts.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required
