Kia of Duluth’s Service Department is now hiring for an Automotive Service Advisor!
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Writing repair orders and estimates
- Effectively communicating with technicians and parts departments
- Ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Ensuring that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers
- Taking ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Qualifications:
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of vehicles preferred
- Must have computer skills
- Customer service experience
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must have organizational skills
- Must have a valid Driver's License
