Kia of Port Charlotte is looking to hiring Receptionists for our dealership – Full-time or Part-time available with pay rates starting at $18 per hour depending on experience!

Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and directing them appropriately
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image
- Assist with administrative duties which include:
- Data Entry
- Keeping Accurate Records
- Organizing Files/Records
Requirements
- Receptionist Experience is Required
- Ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Keep Accurate Records
- Detail Oriented
- Time Management Skills
- Professional Appearance and Good Communication Skills
- Integrity, a Positive Attitude, and a Strong Work Ethic

- Bi-lingual is a plus, fluent in Spanish and English
