Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development, maintenance, and management of overseas clients; promote product publicity and marketing to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction. Products include, but are not limited to, float glass, photovoltaic glass, energy-saving glass, and other company products.
- Implement client development plans based on overseas market marketing strategies, policies, and sales tactics, ensuring the achievement of targets and plans.
- Research and analyze overseas market trends; regularly conduct market surveys, analysis, and forecasts; collect intelligence on competitors and understand customer needs.
- Develop overseas marketing strategies, policies, and sales plans (management level).
- Guide and supervise the direction and progress of sales in various overseas regions; promptly resolve issues arising during the marketing process (management level).
- Responsible for building the overseas marketing team, including but not limited to team formation, personnel training, work guidance, and performance assessment (management level).
- Lead the sales team in developing and maintaining key accounts, ensuring the completion of the company's annual sales plan (management level).
- Carry out other tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major not specified. Proficiency in English and/or other languages as a working language is preferred.
- Open to candidates from various roles and business sectors. Sales experience or overseas work/study experience is a plus.
- Target-oriented, with strong professional ethics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle pressure.
- Willingness to travel.
