What are the responsibilities and job description for the Back of House Associate position at Kick Pleat?
Austin-based since 2003, KICK PLEAT is a high-end, multi-brand establishment with storefronts in Austin and Houston. Now, in its 20th year, KICK PLEAT remains at the forefront of women's fashion.
The Kick Pleat Operations Associate is intended to cover a variety of areas of retail. This is an exciting opportunity to learn how the business functions as a whole. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• prepare and steam incoming inventory to provide stylists with newly received pieces
• accurately receive and process merchandise
• process and ship web orders with 100% accuracy
• participate in the in-store inventory process
• light errands and deliveries
• assisting the team with trunk shows as needed
• assist the e-commerce team and the sales staff
Strong attention to detail is a must. Weekend availability is a must.
The ideal candidate is a hard worker with strong communication and time management skills. Interest in high-end retail is a plus.
