Kickboxing Club is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fitness and eager to earn uncapped commissions by helping potential clients transform their lives. You will be the face of our gym, managing inquiries, converting leads, and driving new memberships. Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Actively make outbound calls to potential leads, introducing them to our kickboxing programs, and convert them into members.
- Promote Memberships: Explain our fitness programs, promotions, and membership benefits to prospective clients.
- Book Appointments: Schedule tours and trial classes, creating an engaging first impression of the gym experience.
- Follow-Up: Nurture leads with consistent follow-up via calls, texts, or emails, turning interest into action.
- Customer Engagement: Answer incoming calls and inquiries, providing a high level of service to encourage memberships.
- Exceed Targets: Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales and enrollment goals.
- Retention Efforts: Engage with current members to promote loyalty and upsell additional services.
- Utilize Tools: Maintain accurate records of all leads, interactions, and conversions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales roles (fitness industry experience is a bonus).
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills with a sales-driven mindset.
- Confident making outbound calls and converting leads into paying members.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a performance-based environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
