Kid City USA is currently hiring!
Our Director must:
- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all state guidelines and implementing all corporate guidelines.
- Communicate directly and effectively with parents and staff
- Hire and train staff
- Have a passion for the growth and development of the precious children in our care.
- Be dependable and have excellent references.
- LOVE spending the day with the children in our center.
- Enroll children and bill accounts
- Maintain minimum licensing standards.
Pay will depend on Experience.
We are most interested in applicants with the following:
- State training hours completed.
- High school diploma/GED AND 3-year experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
- CDA or Staff credential.
- Director credential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
