Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Teacher to join our educational team. Duties:
- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to the diverse needs of our students
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students with varying abilities, including those with special needs
- Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment that fosters curiosity and creativity
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with our school's philosophy and standards
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents/guardians regarding student development
- Utilize effective classroom management strategies to ensure a productive and respectful learning environment
- Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and incorporate new ideas and strategies into teaching practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool or daycare setting
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and learning principles
- Familiarity with special education and ability to support students with diverse needs
- Experience with curriculum development and implementation
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain a positive and supportive attitude
