Part-Time Dance Teacher Position for Young Learners

We are a dynamic mobile dance program that provides enriching dance experiences to children in over 20 daycares and preschools across New Jersey. Our mission is to introduce young learners to the joy of dance in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. We are seeking energetic, kid-friendly dance teachers to join our team immediately.

Job Description:
As a Part-Time Dance Teacher with our program, you will bring the excitement of dance to young children in various daycare and preschool settings. Your role will involve teaching dance classes with prepared dances, inspiring young minds, and making each class a fun and memorable experience. This is an excellent opportunity for college students, Stay-At-Home Moms who would like to work a few hours a week or anyone with a passion for working with children. Dance skills are not required, but a love for children and an energetic, engaging personality are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach dance classes to children aged 3-6 in multiple daycare and preschool locations.
• Foster a positive and encouraging environment that supports the growth and enjoyment of each child.
• Follow our provided curriculum and materials—no need to purchase any supplies yourself.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism across all assigned locations.
• Communicate effectively with site coordinators and ensure a seamless experience for the children and staff.

Qualifications:

• Reliable with your own form of transportation to travel between different locations.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable working with young children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
