What are the responsibilities and job description for the Academy Director position at Kid Friendly Academy?
To qualify for this position you must have experience with enrollment, licensing and compliance rules for childcare centers. You must understand how to implement policies and procedures to keep a childcare facility in compliance with little to no supervision. You must be willing to oversee and excel at utilizing the procare app to share pictures/videos displaying evidence of Learning in all classrooms for parents to see the quality education we're providing for children daily in our center as well as general updates daily.
We are looking for a true leader to take ownership of the leadership role and operate the center independently of ownership. Must specialize in enrollment! Must specialize in gaining enrollment and maintaining the enrollment. As the Director you will be responsible for daily operations. Must be able to multitask and keep composure in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to problem solve. Must be able to follow directions.

Skills
- Proven experience as a leader
- Excellent knowledge of child development and up-to-date education methods
- Methodical and creative

- Certificate in first aid and CPR
- Degree in early childhood education
- CPL 3 or higher

Pay: $32,066.06 - $50,000.00 per year
