MUST be 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED. Possible free childcare for full time employees (2yr-5th grade)
We are seeking an experienced Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for working with children and possess a personality that allows them to work well with others. Strong communication skills, adaptability and patience are strong assets. The successful candidate will be able to perform various tasks, including making sure kids are clocked in, record-keeping and caring for the center's equipment, and comunicating well with parents
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Maintain clean and sanitary linens and equipment.
- Comply with all state and local standards regarding personnel and facilities.
- Receive, store, and prepare food properly, following health department guidelines.
- Respond to needs in a timely manner.
- Be prepared to handle emergencies such as accidents, or injuries.
- Perform first aid as situations call for it.
- Monitor children's behavior closely so you can anticipate problems before they result in injuries to children or others.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.25 - $11.25 per hour
