Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a BCBA Trainer. This role is responsible for training, mentoring, and supporting newly certified BCBAs and BCBA candidates to ensure high-quality clinical service delivery, ethical standards, and professional development across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onboarding and ongoing training for new BCBAs and BCBA candidates (BCaBAs, RBTs pursuing certification).
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and fidelity checks with supervisees.
  • Support BCBAs in developing treatment plans, writing behavior intervention plans, and maintaining clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director to ensure clinical quality and adherence to BACB ethical guidelines.
  • Design and lead workshops, CEU events, and other clinical training programs.
  • Review and provide feedback on assessment protocols and functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
  • Maintain accurate supervision logs and documentation in compliance with BACB requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in ABA practices, clinical protocols, and regulatory standards.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and evidence-based practice.
  • Stay up-to-date with BACB guidelines and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a practicing BCBA, with demonstrated supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior assessment tools, and treatment plan development.
  • Proven experience in training, mentoring, or supervising BCBAs or clinical staff.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic data collection systems
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Must pass background check and meet all compliance requirements for clinical settings.

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
