What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Worker position at Kids and Company Childcare?
- Ensuring the children have good hygiene and changing diapers as necessary.
- Cleaning interactive areas throughout the day.
- Preparing meals and snacks for the kids.
- Organizing activities and developing curriculum for older children.
- Keeping records of each child’s progress, interests and any problems that may occur
- Maintaining contact with the children’s parents and contacting them in the case of an emergency
- Must be able to pass background check FBI/BCI
- First Aid/CPR required.
- Mandatory classes are required those will be discuss upon hiring.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Physical required annually.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Required)
- First Aid Certification (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Toledo, OH 43607: Relocate before starting work (Required)
