As a Child Care Director you will:
- Lead and mentor others within a diverse and inclusive environment
- Engage with your team and families daily
- Maintain a quality early childhood program within the parameters of the Kids & Company philosophy and agency guidelines
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the center with a business mindset – making decisions for the betterment of the child care center
- Inspire and support the professional development of your staff to ensure success
- Collaborate with other Kids & Company departments including, finance, learning environments, marketing, customer service and human resources.
Requirements:
Candidates must complete required state and company background checks, including fingerprint checks. All job offers are contingent on a successful background check,
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred. Those with Associate degree's degree in qualifying field will be reviewed.
- At least two years of center leadership experience in a childcare program is preferred.
