Park Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Team Members performing their daily work
activities. The Supervisor also assists in performing the Team Members' daily work activities as
required by the park’s daily job functions. Duties primarily revolve around the Park Manager's
instruction, which includes, providing and demonstrating task instructions, keeping attendance,
and measuring key performance. You will be expected to keep records and produce reports that
will be used to review team performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion
for excellence. Previous leadership experience is required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Attend guests as quickly as possible, greet them accordingly, and make them feel comfortable in the ambiance of the amusement park.
- Ensures team members are performing their job duties satisfactorily
- Open and close the park, managing the alarm system, including setting and disarming.
- Communicates any guest or employee issues to the Park Manager.
- Operates the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver.
- Cashier responsibilities; receiving payments and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions.
- Organizes the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips, and ice cream.
- Checks snack inventory is sufficient and orders snacks from specified vendors to

- Walks the floor regularly to monitor if there are no unsafe hazards present and if guests are following the park attendance rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Clean restrooms and sanitize all park structures ie. tables, chairs, and playground structures.
- Schedule and coordinate family events and assist that events operate efficiently.
- Must be able to work in a noisy environment created by guests such as children yelling and music.
- Must be able to tolerate a fast-paced work environment during peak hours.
- Must be able to maneuver in small play areas
- Perform other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly.

Salary : $1,700 - $1,800
