Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

1. Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' speech and language disorders and formulate individualized treatment plans.
2. Therapeutic Interventions: Develop and implement evidence-based speech therapy programs, using tools and resources to engage clients effectively.
4. Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve therapeutic goals.
5. Client Education: Provide clients and their families with education on speech therapy strategies, exercises, and home practice routines.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapists, physicians, and educators, to ensure the holistic care of clients.
7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and treatment notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
 

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure and ASHA certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient-focused, and adaptable to the virtual healthcare environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team.

Salary : $60 - $80
