Join Our Team as a Maintenance Specialist! KidsPeace is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the Graham Lake Campus in Ellsworth, Maine.
In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and supervising a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing physical environment for our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on all facility buildings.
- Execute the Preventative Maintenance Program for equipment and utility systems.
- Ensure all agency vehicles are safe and in good working condition.
- Maintain facility grounds, roads, signage, and play areas, ensuring they are free from hazards.
- Track and maintain data, file reports as needed, and participate in required training sessions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- At least two years of relevant experience preferred.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs preferred.
- Driver's license required.
