What You’ll Do
- Assist the classrooms and be on point to help and support throughout the center
- Assist lead teachers in creating a safe, nurturing classroom or lead the class end of day under guidance from lead teacher
- Support play-based learning, and daily routines
- Build relationships with kiddos and families
- Collaborate with your Crew and leadership team
- Ensure compliance with ODJFS childcare regulations
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of childcare experience
- Kind, patient, and reliable
- High energy and smiles
- CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
- Must meet all state background check requirements
