This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Leader at KilGO Insurance. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of insurance professionals. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing guidance and support to your team members, monitoring and motivating their performance, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. While the role is primarily based in Richmond, VA, there is flexibility for some remote work.
