About the Role: As the Member Experience Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for Kiln members. You will support the Community Director in managing the day-to-day operations, focusing on member satisfaction and maintaining high standards of hospitality and organization.

• Support the Community Director in ensuring operational excellence and fostering a vibrant, connected community.
• Drive engagement by creating memorable experiences and maintaining the physical beauty of the space.

As Member Experience Associate You Will:

    Enhance the Member Experience:

• • Implement Kiln's member success strategy, providing warm, welcoming service to all members.
  • Conduct daily site walkthroughs to maintain cleanliness, safety, and a positive atmosphere.
  • Manage food and beverage offerings, balancing quality and budget.
  • Address member inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a frictionless experience.

    Support Operations & Facilities:

• • Assist in maintaining lounge, meeting, and breakout areas, keeping the space tidy and welcoming.
  • Act as a point of contact for facility contractors, coordinating maintenance needs as they arise.
  • Collaborate with cleaning teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently met.

    Engage with Members:

• • Facilitate member onboarding and office moves, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing members.
  • Assist in organizing and executing community events, enhancing engagement and building connections.
  • Be a resource for members, answering questions about the space, services, and amenities with a helpful and friendly attitude.

    As Member Experience Associate You’ll Need:

• Customer service or hospitality experience
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with coworking or hospitality settings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
• Familiarity with the Coworking and Hospitality Industry 
• Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities
• Passion and understanding for Kiln’s mission and values
