Work/Educational Requirements . High School Diploma or GED . ASQ Quality Certification a plus . Basic Manufacturing Interpersonal Skills . Ability to provide leadership to project teams and the quality organization . Trustworthy - Insures completion of program objectives . Trustworthy - Able to keep business confidences as required .
