*Kimberly-Clark USA, LLC**Lead Electrical Engineer**Job Description*: Lead Electrical Engineer positions offered by Kimberly-Clark USA, LLC. (Maumelle, AR). Develop and deliver equipment and processes that meet safety requirements, policies, and guidelines.
Provide for the safety and well-being of operators, maintenance, and other personnel. Responsible for single or multiple product or process improvement projects with a financial scope of up to $10 million from conception through commercialization and support larger projects as a member of the project team. Responsible for projects from inception with specifying, selecting, procuring, installing, engineering check-outs and starting up associated machinery.
Receive direction from Engineering Manager or Senior Engineers in the form of specific objectives. Provide creativity in the initiation of design, development and optimization of basesheet manufacturing and converting processes to meet unit objectives.*Minimum Requirements*:Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in electronic engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field and 3 years of experience in the position offered or 3 years of experience leading electrical projects. Also requires 3 years of experience: designing electrical engineering installation packages and performing electric system troubleshooting; preparing Process Flow Documents, Piping and Instrument Drawings, Cause and Effect Sheets, and electrical one line and three-line drawings; writing Process control documents; designing and installing Electrical Safety Integrated Systems; programming and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley Control Logix PLC and Allen-Bradley PLC5’s; troubleshooting and programming Panel View human machine interface (HMI) displays; performing instrumentation specification, procurement and installation and validating Pressure, Temperature, Flow and Level transmitters; performing specification, procurement, installation and validation of ON/OFF valves, proportional valves, Motors, VFDs, power supplies, PLCs, and Remote I/O’s; installing and programing Electrical Communication Systems using Control Net and Ethernet; performing Control Panel design with Nema4X and watertight (IP65) enclosures; performing Electrical Conduit, Raceway, and wire basket installation; and managing and assisting contractors for electrical installation.
Up to 25% travel required. Employee reports to office in Maumelle, AR. Position may work from home, but must live within commuting distance of stated office. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
